Yellowstone

We only spent one day in Yellowstone. If you know how big Yellowstone is then you know we only saw a fraction of it in a days time. It was beautiful and we definitely will be going back to explore more! 

I didn't take a lot of pictures that day as we spent most of the day driving.

The bison at Hayden Valley were so fun to watch.

This guy was parked just like a car.

Elk ~ we saw her later in the day as we headed back to the Grand Teton National Park.

It was a good day with the highlight being Lower Yellowstone Falls ( I posted about that a couple days ago).

This morning it is raining with a mixture of snow! At times it is just snowing ~ big, wet snowflakes :)

It's so pretty with the grass still being green and fall color still on the trees.

I'm eagerly awaiting my new camera! My Canon Rebel XT is boxed up and ready to be shipped off. We'll see how much they give us for it.

My Nikon D7000 will be here Thursday!
