Pendls Bakery ~ A True Delight

Driggs, Idaho is a small town but it has a bakery with big appeal. The first two mornings we were there we grabbed coffee and pastries at Pendls Bakery and Cafe. 
The owner, Martha, opened up Pendls in 2003. She learned how to make authentic Austrian pastries from her father. He was born and raised in Austria before coming to the States in 1966.

If you ever find yourself driving through Driggs, Idaho you should stop and visit Pendls :)

This cherry pastry was so pretty I hated to ruin it by eating it!
