Eubes....Come On In :)

Saturday while DJ and Ben were busy playing Mario I had some girl time with my friends Sue and Tonya. We went and checked out a restaurant for another friends upcoming birthday.

Eubes is located just out of Marsala out along the salt flats. It sits off the road and we fell in love!








Smoked swordfish with a squeeze of lemon and parsley....Fantastic!!!

It was a beautiful place to sit and relax letting the time float by. I will miss these kinds of moments and try not to think about leaving in a few weeks.
It's such a crazy mix of emotions.....feeling homesick in so many ways yet it brings tears to my eyes (literally!) to think of leaving our friends here and the wonderful times we've shared with them.
So......we'll just concentrate on making the most of our time left here and be grateful for treasured memories :)
