Stepping out into the Great Big World

The day finally arrived.

We moved Danielle out of state last week.  She does not plan on moving back to Utah.

There was much excitement on her part :)

Being her Momma I had mixed emotions. We are so happy for her as she starts her life adventures as a young adult. A part of me was saying "I just spent 2 decades taking care of you & now you are leaving me! Who's going to make sure you are ok, and hug you and on and on?" 

I cried quite a bit last week :(

My comfort is that I know God loves her more than I do and He's pretty capable of taking care of her too :)

I thought I'd share some pictures of our weekend with my family who she will be living close to.

There is always lots of laughter when my brother, Dave, is around. I really enjoyed the time spent with these two this weekend :)

The Three Amigos......They are all excited to finally be living close to each other.

The last night we were there we went for a quick drive to look at the super moon.

On the way home DJ and I went a longer way so we could drive through Bend, Oregon. We love that area and are considering moving there at some point.
I love the pine trees in town. The air is clean there and smells good! It's not hard to beat Utah's air quality tho as we have some of the worst in the US.
