In 7 weeks this sweet girl of ours will be 17! She's in the acappella choir at school. Last night they had an informal concert as a fundraiser. Wanting to capture the moment I asked Dani to stop for a picture on her way out the door. She gave me the typical response I get from my kids when I want to take their picture...."Really mom?" Do you see it in her face? I love it! Someday they will be glad I'm a crazy picture takin' mom :) Someday when their kids roll their eyes and say "really mom (or dad)?" at the idea of getting their picture taken...again and again...I will try not to laugh to hard as moments like last night come to mind! These moments are going so quickly.......a year from now Dani will be graduating. So I'm going to keep on capturing these moments knowing someday they will be treasured by my dear children who for now can only moan and groan when they see momma headed their way with a Canon in her hand :)
